How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Pleasantdi Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How Pleasantdi Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If You Have a Problem With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Pleasantdi Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@pleasantdi.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached out to us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A description of what happened and the result you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter. That can include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
